Yes! Santa Doug has a natural beard and takes great pride in creating an authentic Santa appearance. From the beard to the belt and boots, the little details help make the experience believable, especially for those very observant little believers!

Yes. Santa Doug undergoes an annual background check and carries $1 million in liability insurance. The safety and well-being of children and guests are always a priority.

Almost anywhere Christmas magic is needed! Santa is available for private home visits, corporate parties, schools and daycares, photography sessions, parades, tree lightings, community celebrations, charity events, hospitals, senior communities, hospice visits, commercials, television appearances, and other special events.

Absolutely! Mrs. Claus loves joining Santa whenever her North Pole schedule allows. She is especially wonderful at family and children's events and often has a special connection with younger children who may initially feel a little nervous around Santa.

Mrs. Claus is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

Pricing varies depending on the type of event, date, location, length of appearance, number of guests, and any special requirements.

Private appearances have published starting rates, while corporate, community, photography, media, and specialty events may be individually quoted.

Magical Santa Memories serves families, businesses, photographers, and communities throughout much of Northern California, including Solano, Yolo, Sacramento, Napa, Contra Costa, and surrounding areas.

Extended travel may be available depending on Santa's schedule. Additional travel charges may apply.

Every visit is a little different, but Santa can make a grand entrance, greet children by name, check his Nice List, hear Christmas wishes, pose for photographs, read a Christmas story, sing songs, and help distribute presents.

The experience can be personalized to help make Santa's arrival especially magical for your family.

Santa frequently has little goodies that he will hand out to children.  Candy canes, nice list tokens,  or magic Chrismas coins.  He is also more than happy to hand out any goodies or presents provided by the client.

Santa Isn't Just for the Kids!

Everyone is a child at heart when Santa walks into the room! Santa Doug loves bringing Christmas cheer to adult-only parties, corporate celebrations, holiday dinners, and special events.

To protect the traditional image and spirit of Santa Claus, all appearances must remain Christmas and family-friendly. While adults are welcome to enjoy alcoholic beverages at their event, Santa will not hold, promote, or pose for photographs containing alcohol or alcoholic beverages. After all, Santa never knows when one of those photos might be seen by a little believer.

Yes. Magical Santa Memories has select Santa chairs, benches, Christmas photo backdrops, and other items that may be available to help create a beautiful setting for your event or photography area. Santa also has his custom golf cart sleigh that he can arrive on a=for larger events.

These items are subject to availability and can be added to qualifying events for an additional charge.

Start by submitting an availability request with your event date, desired time, location, type of event, approximate number of guests, and any special requests.

Santa will review the details and respond with availability and pricing.

Because Santa can only be in one place at a time, your date and time are not reserved until your booking has been confirmed..

Santa Doug loves animals of all kinds, and is happy to take photos with them as long as it has been prearganged.  Santa Doug has a special "pet suit" to prevent any unwanted stains on his premium suits, and also to prevent any pet dander exposure to those that may be alergic.

For Santa Doug, portraying Santa isn't simply about putting on a red suit. It's about creating a believable experience that children, families, and guests will remember.
