Every Santa Claus visit is a little different. Whether Santa is visiting a family in their home, entertaining hundreds of guests at a corporate celebration, or arriving at a community tree lighting, Magical Santa Memories creates an experience tailored to your holiday event. 

The rates below provide a starting point for holiday event pricing. Final pricing may vary based on the date, location, length of the appearance, type of event, travel requirements, and number of guests. 

Santa's calendar becomes especially busy as Christmas approaches, and Santa photography sessions are in high demand during this time. 

Appearances on December weekends, December 20–23, and Christmas Eve may have premium holiday pricing and minimum appearance requirements.

Imagine the excitement when there's a knock at the door and Santa Claus walks into your home! Our Santa Claus visits can create unforgettable memories with personalized conversations, checking Santa's Nice List, hearing children's Christmas wishes, family photos, storytelling, Christmas songs, and even distributing presents. With holiday event pricing starting at $125 for a 30-minute Santa visit, this experience is perfect for smaller families and intimate gatherings. An additional fee applies for Mrs. Claus. Don't forget to capture the magic during our Santa photography sessions!

Santa Doug is available for professional Santa photography sessions, Christmas mini-sessions, studio events, family photography, and seasonal photography programs. 

Starting at $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. 

Half-day and full-day rates are available by request.

Bring the North Pole to Your Company! Santa Doug is available for company Christmas parties, employee family celebrations, customer appreciation events, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, holiday open houses, and various corporate events. Enjoy festive Santa Claus visits that include guest interaction, professional Santa photography sessions, gift distribution, announcements, Christmas stories, and visits with both children and adults. Our corporate pricing starts at $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

Pricing for holiday events, including schools, daycares, hospitals, senior communities, and community events, varies depending on the specific needs for each Santa Claus visit and is available upon request. Additionally, Santa reserves a limited number of appearances each year for charitable and nonprofit organizations. If you have a special event or worthy cause in mind, including Santa photography sessions inquiries are always welcome!

Unfortunately, Santa can only fly his sleigh on Christmas Eve. Therefore, it's important to consider travel time and expenses when planning his visits. Any travel charges related to your Santa Claus visits will be discussed prior to booking, ensuring that there are no surprises hiding in Santa's bag.
